Return and Refund Policy - Oréva Paris

Summary of our policy

Claims deadline: 90 days from receipt of your order.

Product Returns: The Amaïa Paris boutique does not accept physical product returns. A refund of between 20% and 100% of the order amount will be offered depending on the reason for the refund, to avoid any abuse.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is applied.

General Refund Conditions


2.1 Time limit for complaints

You have 90 days from receipt of your order to request a refund.


2.2 Reimbursement criteria

The refund will be assessed based on the reasons stated:


If the product has a defect or a conformity problem, a refund of up to 100% of the order amount will be granted.

If the product has been used or damaged by the customer, the refund may be limited to a lower percentage (0% to 70%).


2.3 Items not eligible for full refund

The following products are not eligible for a full refund unless defective:


Hygiene or beauty products that have been used.

Personalized or custom-made items.

3.1 Initiating a request

To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:

Indicate the reason for your request and provide evidence (photos, descriptions).

Our team will analyze your request and get back to you with a decision.

Refunds


4.1 Reimbursement deadlines

The refund will be made within a maximum of 21 days after validation of the request.


4.2 Reimbursement terms


The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Initial shipping charges are not refunded unless the order was canceled due to a defect or delivery error.


4.3 Special cases


Defective or damaged product: Full refund (100%).

Delivery error: Full refund (100%).


Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation (Article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For your convenience, Amaïa Paris has extended this period to 30 days.


Complaints

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, we invite you to contact our customer service team to find an amicable solution. If no agreement is reached, you can contact the consumer mediator, in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code.
