  • Defective or non-compliant products: Full refund (100%).
  • Other reasons (customer satisfaction): Reimbursement between 30% and 70% , depending on the condition of the product and the situation described.

Article 7 - Availability

  • Products are offered while stocks last.
  • In case of unavailability after ordering, the buyer will be informed by email and the order will be cancelled without bank debit.
